Refund & Cancellation Policy
We at AadhaarSmartCard.com, believe in helping our Clients as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Schedule of Refund - During the Whole Process
You will be eligible for Full or Partial Refund - depending on the stage of Order, in which cancellation request is made.
- IN PROCESS: Full refund excluding payment gateway charges will be processed.
- PRINTED: Partial refund excluding payment gateway charges and card charges will be processed.
- IN TRANSIT: No Refund or Cancellation request will be entertained at or after this stage.
- ON HOLD: In case of orders on hold due corrupted/masked file uploaded or password mismatch, partial refund excluding payment gateway charges will be processed, cancellation request should be made within five days from date of order.
- NON-DELIVERABLE PIN CODE (Speed Post): Partial refund excluding payment gateway charges, card charges, handling charges and priority service charges (if apply) will be processed.
- NON-DELIVERABLE PIN CODE (DTDC): If DTDC didn’t provide service in client’s area, Order will be sent using Speed Post. In this case no refund of difference will be entertained.
- Retail Partner Registration Fee: Retail Partner Registration is Valid for 1 Year from Date of Transaction. Registration Fee is Non-Refundable in any Circumstances.
Refund Mode & Duration
Refunds are provided back to customer via same mode in which payment is done to us. From the time refund request is received, the amount is refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
